We’re talking on-site amenities, resort-wide Wi-Fi, EV charging stations, cribs (for the littlest adventurers), a business center for all your copy-and-fax missions, package pickup service, and parking to keep your ride happy. Oh, and a heads-up: a nightly resort fee will sneak onto your bill at check-out. (We promise it’s worth it.) Fee details can change faster than Colorado weather, but the good vibes stay the same.

At The Fold, we’ve got eyes on your stuff—literally. Our security cameras keep a constant watch over package areas, and any deliveries that arrive after hours are either securely tucked away or supervised by our overnight team. Your packages are safe with us.

You’ve gotta be 21 or older to check in and kick back with us. (Good news: adulthood comes with bigger suites and better vibes.)
Yep! A valid debit or credit card is needed to book. At check-in, we’ll put a $100 hold on your card. (It’s temporary, we promise.)
Change of plans? Here's the deal: Early departures are non-refundable, so if you decide to check out before your scheduled date, you’ll still be responsible for the remaining nights on your reservation. (Moral of the story: stay and soak it all in.) If you need to cancel before your stay even begins, no worries—flexible cancellation options are available. While you're living the suite life:
Just a heads-up: under ADA guidelines, service animals are trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability. Emotional support animals (ESAs) and therapy pets aren’t considered service animals. If you’re bringing a service buddy, awesome—just keep them leashed and chill while on property!
At The Fold, all suites and guest rooms are 100% smoke-free—because fresh air > smoky vibes.
Smoking is also prohibited near buildings and in all common areas. (Trust us, your neighbors will thank you.) If someone breaks the no-smoking rule, a $500 room recovery fee may be charged to bring the suite back to its fresh, smoke-free glory.

At The Fold, you call the shots when it comes to housekeeping. We skip daily cleans (because who really needs a fresh towel every day?)—but you can request free towel and linen swaps whenever you need. Staying 7 nights or longer? You’ll score a free full-service cleaning, just schedule it with us at least 24 hours in advance. (Cleanings happen Monday–Thursday—let's make it official at the Front Desk!)
Yep! Towel exchanges are totally complimentary. Just contact the Front Desk whenever you’re ready for a fresh set—we’ve got you covered (literally).
Just because you’ve checked out doesn’t mean the fun has to end. Guests are welcome to keep living the resort life and use the amenities for the rest of their departure day. So go ahead—squeeze in one more swim, soak, or lounge session before you officially hit the road.
Yes! Every suite comes ready to cook, sauté, sizzle, and snack. We've got the essentials covered—just bring the ingredients and your best kitchen moves.
Parking’s on us—it’s included in your daily resort fee. You can usually park up to two cars per suite (if space allows), but heads up: no RVs, moving trucks, or boats allowed. Parking policies may shift a little, so check in with us if you’re rolling deep.

While The Fold Indian Shores isn’t beachfront, you’re definitely not missing out on the views. We’re located right along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, and public beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is just a quick hop across the street. (Flip-flops highly recommended.)

Mud season is that magical time between April and May when the snow starts to melt and the trails (and just about everything else) get a little... squishy. It’s messy, it’s mellow, and it’s the perfect excuse to slow down, soak in the mountain views, and maybe pack an extra pair of boots—just in case.
We don't have skis for rent, but we do have local know-how! Stop by the Front Desk and we’ll steer you to the best places to gear up and get after it.
